  • Leah’s availability is FINAL. Unless she personally adjusts her appointment book, NO EXCEPTIONS CAN WILL BE MADE.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS WHO REQUIRE INSURANCE RECEIPTS:

We now charge a $2 fee per receipt for members who require insurance receipts. These receipts are different from regular client receipts and require extra information, attention & urgency thus, the fee.

Please Be Advised: Due to fraudulent bookings, we will be guaranteeing appointments with credit card information (see cancellation policy at the bottom of this email), require an up to date email address as an alternate method of contact as well as for confirmation to avoid no-showing.

Cancellation Policy:

We will now guarantee appointments with credit card information as well as require 24-48 hour notice of cancellation of your appointment. If notice is not given, clients will be billable for a $15 cancellation fee *subject to change*. Guaranteeing appointments upholds the integrity and punctuality of our service providers as well as our clients. In order to provide prompt cancellation, there are various methods of contact:

-Our service providers’ time is maximized to provide luxury services

-Members who use Priority Booking are guaranteed accurate availability [that is NOT taken up by fraudulent appointments].

-The client guaranteeing the appointment is GUARANTEED the service provider is present, on time and they will receive their FULL service in a professional and safe manner.
