Cancellation Policy:

We will now guarantee appointments with credit card information as well as require 24-48 hour notice of cancellation of your appointment. If notice is not given, clients will be billable for a $15 cancellation fee *subject to change*. Guaranteeing appointments upholds the integrity and punctuality of our service providers as well as our clients. In order to provide prompt cancellation, there are various methods of contact:

-Members who use Priority Booking are guaranteed accurate availability [that is NOT taken up by fraudulent appointments].

-The client guaranteeing the appointment is GUARANTEED the service provider is present, on time and they will receive their FULL service in a professional and safe manner.
