A birthing doula is a trained and supportive companion who provides emotional, physical, and informational assistance to pregnant individuals before, during, and after childbirth. Doulas offer non-medical guidance, comfort measures, and advocacy, aiming to enhance the overall birthing experience and help individuals make informed decisions about their childbirth journey. They play a crucial role in offering continuous support, encouragement, and reassurance to both the birthing person and their partner, fostering a positive and empowering birthing experience.
Doula Package 1:
Includes assisted labor inducing massage, in labor massage and 2 postpartum massages
Doula Package 2:
Includes a 90 minute prenatal massage for 8 months, an in labor massage and 2 postpartum massages
Doula Package 3:
Includes 3 healthy glow facials, a 90 minute massage for 8 months, in labor massage and 2 postpartum massages
